Claire has 30 years’ experience gained in premium products and services in an international business to business context. Her career has incorporated marketing, post-merger & acquisition integration, major organisational change programmes, business improvement initiatives and employee engagement strategies.
Following an MBA at Aston, Claire went on to study positive psychology (also at Aston), transactional analysis, sport psychology and early development to understand how human beings are wired for performance, and how to get the best out of them. She holds qualifications in NLP, executive coaching and a range of psychometric instruments. She is a member of the Centre for Applied Positive Psychology and the Institute of Directors.
